An Option Repurchase Fee or Success Fee, etc. can be added to each transaction generating additional profit to a Lease/Option Purchase Agreement, Land Contract or Longer Term Promissory Note. Typically up to 10% of the funded amount paid annually, or sooner if the property is sold or purchased.
